The platform has containers (13) in which wastes are recovered and stored, and positioned near docks (6) that are raised for unloading wastes, where the docks are unfolded laterally by extending beyond the platform. An upper surface has a running track with an access ramp (3) for a vehicle or a pedestrian. A pivoting guard rail is placed on a periphery of the platform. An independent claim is also included for a platform system having an arrangement of vehicle platforms.
