PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless motor capable of positively detecting an FG pulse by a magnetic sensor when the magnetic sensor for detecting the FG pulse is attached at a position in which the sensor is not affected by respective fluxes from a coil for driving and a magnet for driving. SOLUTION: In this brushless motor 10 in which an annular magnet 21 for driving and a magnet 22 for FG are stuck at a rotor yoke 20, and a plurality of coils 15 for driving and magnetic sensors (MR devices) 16 for detecting the FG pulses are attached at a stator substrate 11 facing a rotor yoke 20 with a slight clearance, the attachment pitch angle of the adjacent coils 15 for driving is set at roughly 4/3 times as large as a magnetized pitch angle of one pole among the magnets 21 for driving, the magnetic sensor (MR device) 16 is disposed at such a position that the fluxes from the magnets 21 for driving and the fluxes from the coils 15 for driving are canceled with each other.
