<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten an exhibit latency time when a channel is changed. <P>SOLUTION: In a digital broadcasting system for mobiles, each channel of a broadcast signal is multiplexed by a CDM system. It utilizes that the extraction is simultaneously possible in the demodulation data of all the channels. In a tuner 142, irrespective of channel selection directions, demodulation data of each channel are all extracted as data for decoding from the demodulation signal, and stored in buffers T21-T2n provided for every channel. When there are the directions of channel selection channel, data for decoding are immediately read from the buffer applicable to the channel selection channel, and a decoding output is performed.
