FIELD: electronic engineering; electronic timers. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed piezo-crystal oscillator has sealed case, reference oscillator with reference resonator, and temperature sensing oscillator with heat-sensing resonator; piezoids of resonators are accommodated in their respective casings whose size is smaller than that of reference resonator casing; they are in heat contact with the latter; used as heat-sensing resonator is resonator of flexural vibrations lengthwise of rod or that of torsional vibrations about rod length, or resonator of expansion-compression vibrations lengthwise of rod, or that of shear vibrations over wafer outline. ^ EFFECT: reduced power requirement. ^ 1 cl, 1 dwg |
