<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller that is capable of accurate position control using a DC motor and performs stable control operation. <P>SOLUTION: Counter-electromotive voltage arising from the inductance component of a DC motor 5 is measured by switching the switching elements 36 to 39 in a voltage generation circuit 13 and a switch provided in a signal processing circuit 15, and information on the angular position of the armature is thereby obtained. Thus, torque variations are corrected based on a torque correction table 18. This enhances positioning accuracy and reduces the time required for positioning. In addition, a speed is thereby determined, and the accuracy of speed control is enhanced by carrying out speed control relative to the determined speed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
