<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an intake pressure sensor to satisfactorily detect intake pressure of each cylinder and enhance a degree of flexibility in the arrangement of collecting pipe line members commonly connected to respective pressure lead-in passages in a device for detecting the intake pressure of a multi-cylinder engine in which one end of each pressure lead-in pipe passage for leading intake pressure of intake passages communicates with an intake passage respectively corresponding to a plurality of cylinders for successively igniting at an ignition timing mutually set at an ignition interval formed by a mixture of a plurality of different ignition intervals and in which a single intake pressure sensor is connected to a collecting pipe line member for mutually connecting the other end of each pressure lead-in pipe passage. <P>SOLUTION: The length of a pressure lead-in passage 48B in which one end communicates with an intake passage 40B of a later ignition side cylinder of two cylinders having the shortest ignition interval, is set longer than that of the other pressure lead-in passage 48A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
