PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost of an electric heater 40. SOLUTION: A vehicular air-conditioner comprises an air-conditioning duct 30 to allow air to run therethrough, and a film-like heater 41 which is formed in a film in the air-conditioning duct 30 and heats air through electric conduction. Since the film-like heater 41 can be used for both a heating element and a heat transfer body, the heat transfer body need not be fitted to the heating element, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced thereby.
