PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which a recording medium such as paper or an OHP film is regenerated in a simple and easy way, and by which a recording medium is regenerated in a simple and safe way so that it can be adequately utilized for office use. SOLUTION: An image is formed on a recording medium with an image forming apparatus using toner comprising a first binder resin containing at least a colorant and a second binder resin containing no colorant and having a lower weight average molecular weight than the first binder resin, and the recording medium is regenerated by stripping at least the first binder resin.
