PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptical device making stable display by exactly covering with a cover material fine wiring formed between narrow terminals. SOLUTION: The electrooptical device has a translucent substrate 16b supporting an electrooptical material, a plurality of terminals 45 prepared on the translucent substrate, wiring 33 and wiring 35 formed between the terminals 45, and the cover material 55 covering the wiring 33 and 35.
