PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide test equipment for collaterally-testing each of two or more devices under test. SOLUTION: This is the test equipment equipped with a controller unit for testing devices under test. The controller unit comprises a performance determination testing section which allows the device to execute such a performance determination test under test for determining its performance, an operating specification determining section for determining operating specification of the device under test based on the above performance determination test result, a go-no-go test performing section which allows the device to execute go-no-go test depending on the operating specification determined by the operating specification determining section under test, and an acceptability determining section for determining acceptability of the device under test in its operating specification determined by the operating specification determining section based on the above go-no-go test result.
