PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lancet integrated sensor device, imposing no large burden on a user, allowing a user to safely sample blood by himself, and easily measuring blood constituents for self-diagnosis. SOLUTION: In this sensor device, a head part 12 includes: a sensor holder part 1a holding a biosensor 1 and a lancet part 4a holding a lancet needle 4, wherein the lancet needle 4 and the biosensor 1 are disposed substantially vertically. The lancet part 4a includes: a needle holder part 4b and a spring 4c. The needle holder part 4b is capable of reciprocating in the axial direction of the lancet needle 4 mounted on the needle holder part 4b. The spring 4c is provided to limit the reciprocating movement of the needle holder part 4b, and especially, when the lancet needle 4 and the biosensor 1 are mounted as shown in the figure, the distance d between the center of the tip of the lancet needle 4 and a sample introduction port of the biosensor 1 is within 1 mm.
