A table hockey apparatus (10) has a rectangular play surface (30). After falling through a goal, a puck (1) reaches through a passage (46) arranged in the area of the goal (44) a puck transfer device (60) with a channel system (62) and a puck lift (64) that brings the puck (1) to a puck inlet (48). The table hockey apparatus (10) only contains mechanical, mechanically controlled and manually actuated devices, and/or the play surface (30) and the puck transfer device (60) form a closed path for the puck (1) located outside the rectangular play field (30).
