PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a digital signal process of a plurality of functions by a common hardware constructed on one chip. SOLUTION: A LSI 1 has input terminals t1, t2, output terminals t3, t4 and a control signal input terminal t5 and operation circuit groups 11a, 11b, memories 12a, 12b, product-sum operation circuits 13a, 13b, adders 14a, 14b, multipliers 15a, 15b and register groups 16a, 16b are provided as hardware. Then, changers 21a, 21b, 22a, 22b, 23a, 23b and 24 are provided in relation to these circuit groups and flow of the signals and functions of the circuit groups are selectively controlled by control signals S1 to S6 to the changers.
