PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a spun-dyed flame-retardant regenerated polyester fiber that has strength sufficiently useful as a polyester fiber for an industrial material, has excellent flame retardance and is colored in a desired color in spite of using a recycled polyester. SOLUTION: The spun-dyed flame-retardant regenerated polyester fiber is a polyester fiber composed of a polyester resin containing a recycled polyester, has≥0.7 intrinsic viscosity [η],≥5.5 cN/dtex strength, 1,000-10,000 ppm phosphorus atom content and 0.3-1.0 mass% of pigment content.
