PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to update, add, change and correct a program by connecting a videoscope with a processor. SOLUTION: In the videoscope 20, the program for autofluorescent observation being a program connected with the control operation of the processor 30 is stored as data in an EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable ROM) 27. When the videoscope 20 is connected with the processor 30, the program data are transferred from the EEPROM 27 to a RAM (random access memory) 51 in the processor 30 and developed.
