<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation process management system, a preparation process management method and a preparation process management program for preventing the mistake of preparation materials. <P>SOLUTION: This preparation process management system is provided with a storage device 11 for storing preparation schedule information necessary for preparing preparation materials 22, a server device 4 for controlling the progress of a process in a manufacturing process, an approval bar code 35 accessory to the preparation materials 22 for storing material information related with the preparation materials 22 and bar code readers 59 and 67 for reading the material information printed and stored in the approval bar code. In the manufacturing process, the server device 4 collates the material information read by the bar code readers 59 and 67 with the preparation schedule information, and decides whether or not the preparation materials in the manufacturing process are preparation materials to be prepared, and outputs at least either permission information to permit the progress of the process or non-permission information to non-permit the progress of the process based on the decision result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
