PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of carefully managing contents browsed by a user by realizing contents distribution, according to the user and electronic paper. SOLUTION: When the user extracts the electronic paper EP, a fingerprint sensor 10 allows the electronic paper EP to acquire a user ID, and a contents acquisition control section 23 transmits the user ID and a medium ID to a distribution managing apparatus 30. The distribution managing apparatus 30 allows a contents determination section 34 to determine an ID of a distribution contents, on the basis of the user ID and the medium ID and transmits the ID to a contents distributing apparatus 40, the contents distributing apparatus 40 allows a contents distribution processing section 42 to transmit the corresponding contents to the electronic paper EP of a sender, on the basis of the contents ID; and the electronic paper EP receives contents data and the contents acquisition control section 23 displays the contents image to a display section 2, and displays and stores the data.
