<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drink which exhibits functions of inhibiting increasing tendency of neutral fat in blood without side effects and can be ingested as a daily drink. <P>SOLUTION: The composition exhibiting functions of suppressing the amount of neutral fat in blood comprises extracts of seaweed and extracts of medicinal herbs and trees. The composition exhibiting functions of suppressing the amount of neutral fat in blood comprises extracts of mushroom in addition to extracts of seaweed and extracts of medicinal herbs and trees. In the composition exhibiting functions of suppressing the amount of neutral fat in blood, the seaweed is brown algae or root tangle, and the medicinal herb or tree is any one of hawthorn, safflower, Gynostemma pentaphyllum, Japanese honeysuckle, Houttuynia cordata, ground ivy, ucommia leaves, gingko tree leaves and mulberry leaves, and the mushroom is ganoderma lucidum or agaricus blazei.
