<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of solar cell capable of easily eliminating stagnation of solder. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of solar cell comprises a process for adhering solder to an electrode, by dipping a semiconductor substrate with the electrode formed thereon into a solder bath, a process for lifting the semiconductor substrate up from the solder bath, a process for positioning the terminal end in the lifting direction of the semiconductor substrate at a height larger than the tip end of the same in the lifting direction thereof, and a process for introducing the solder adhered to the electrode into the molten condition thereof, under the condition where the terminal end of semiconductor substrate is positioned at the height higher than the tip end. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
