PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope tube for water supply which prevents a back flow of foreign matters and germs in internal organs to a water supply machine through the endoscope so that a liquid in a tank of the water supply machine is not contaminated and the quality of the liquid stored in the tank is not influenced. SOLUTION: The endoscope tube for water supply has a tube body 4 which is equipped with an inflow side connector 2 to be connected to the water supply machine 20 and an outflow side connector 3 to be connected to the endoscope 30, wherein a non-return member 5 which allows only a flow from the inflow side connector to the outflow side connector is disposed in at least one of the tube body and both the connectors. The non-return member 5 can certainly restrain the back flow of the liquid in the tube body or both the connectors wherein the same is disposed. Thereby, a risk of the contamination of the liquid in the tank of the water supply machine 20 or the influence on the quality of the liquid in the tank can be eliminated completely.
