A FET DEVICE FOR INTERMITTING THE BLOWER MOTOR OF A CAR, AND THE MOUNTING STRUCTURE AND MOUNTING METHOD OF THE DEVICE

Disclosed herein is a field effect transistor (FET) device and a coupling structure and process thereof. The FET device comprises a radiator, and a housing coupled to the bottom of the radiator. The radiator has a pair of outwardly-extending lateral protrusions formed at a lower end thereof. The FET device further comprises a radiator cover inserted around the radiator by passing through it to thereby cover the protrusions. The radiator of the FET device is coupled to a blowing case by interposing the radiator cover, and the housing is fastened to the blowing case by means of screws. With such a coupling structure, it is possible to prevent heat transfer from the radiator to the blowing case even if high heat, generated upon the intermittence of the automotive blower motor, is transferred to the radiator, thereby completely preventing melting in a coupling area of the blowing case.
