PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic which exhibits excellent spreadability, touch, and transparency, when coated. SOLUTION: This cosmetic contains the spherical particles of an ethylene/(meth)acrylic ester copolymer having a (meth)acrylate content of 5 to 30 wt. %. The ethylene/(meth)acrylic ester copolymer preferably has a flexural rigidity of 10 to 120 MPa.
