A seat for a vehicle and an occupant weight measuring device of the seat capable of preventing a submarine phenomenon and increasing a measuring accuracy for the weight of an occupant. The seat (1) for the vehicle comprises a pair of fixed lower rails (3) fixed to the floor of an occupant cabin, a pair of movable upper rails (4) engaged with the fixed lower rails (3) slidably on the fixed lower rails (3) in the longitudinal direction, a sub frame (110) disposed above the movable upper rails (4), load sensors (50), (60), (70), and (80) interposed between the sub frame (110) and the movable upper rails (4), brackets (8) and (9) vertically installed on the movable upper rails (4), and a submarine pipe (11) installed across the brackets (8) and (9). The submarine pipe (11) is fitted into the right side bracket (9) slidably in the lateral direction.
