The present invention relates to an apparatus for dilation tracheostomy, comprising a dilator element (1), sliding on a guide wire, provided with a dull and tapered distal end portion (2a), suitable to be inserted into a hole made in the tracheal wall (11) of a patient, and provided with an essentially cylindrical handle (3). Advantageously, the apparatus has at least one inflatable element between the distal end (2a) and the handle (2c), after a curved portion (2b). |
