PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable surgical implement which can be continuously used even if a battery discharges and capacity runs short. SOLUTION: The surgical implement comprises an operating section which gives energy to a part to be treated and gives medical treatment, an energy supply unit which outputs energy for driving the operating section, an operation gripper arranged on the proximal end side of the treatment section, a battery 63 which supplies electric power driving the energy supply unit, and a handle 61 and an electric generator 62 as a power generation means of the battery.
