PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor structure of a tumble seat for a vehicle realizing enlargement of a foot side space of a rear seat by ensuring a dimension between an inner striker and an outer striker widely and reducing weight of an inner anchor and an outer anchor and manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The anchor structure is provided with a catcher provided on a bottom surface side edge of a seat cushion; and a striker 31 provided on a center tunnel 33 extending in a vehicle longitudinal direction at a floor center. In the structure, the catcher and the striker are engaged to fix the seat. The striker 31 is formed in a rod member of a linear shape and is arranged above the center tunnel 33 and both ends of the striker 31 are supported by respective brackets 32a, 32b.
