PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alternator adjustment structure preventing interference with the other member when moving the alternator, and at the same time, saving a surrounding space. SOLUTION: This adjustment structure of the alternator 1 in which fastening means 7, 12 are provided which are passed through the oblong hole 10 of an alternator brace 6 so as to fasten and fix the alternator 1 to the alternator brace 6 and the fastening means 7, 12 are moved along the oblong hole 10 of the alternator brace 6 so as to move the alternator 1 and adjust a position, is provided with a stopper part 14 to restrict the moving range of the alternator 1.
