PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low loss oxide magnetic material for high frequencies which has low loss even in a high-frequency range of not lower than 2MHz and which is suitable as a magnetic core for a switching power supply transformer and a choke coil. SOLUTION: A low loss oxide magnetic material contains, in terms of oxide, Fe2 O3 at a composition ratio of 45.5-49mol%, NiO at 9-31mol%, CuO at 6-20mol%, and ZnO for the remaining composition. As an additive, CoO is contained within a range of 0.1-2.4% by weight. |
