<p>PURPOSE: Provided is a method for storing frozen dumplings for microwave, by which it is possible to maintain flavor of the dumplings during cooking in a microwave by inhibiting evaporation of moisture. CONSTITUTION: The method includes injecting ice plates(32), ice pieces(31) and/or ice flakes(30) over or under dumplings in packaging of the dumplings in a thermal insulating container. The ice plates(32), ice pieces(31) and/or ice flakes(30) are obtained by freezing water or seasoned liquid. The injected amount of the ice plates(32), ice pieces(31) and/or ice flakes(30) is 10 to 50 % by weight of the packaged dumplings. The seasoned liquid includes condensed liquid obtained by condensing chicken bones, garlic, onion and seaweeds along with purified water, seasonings and salts.</p> |
