PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stoma excrement disposal apparatus related to a washer for washing a pouch mounted on a stoma. SOLUTION: A cone-shaped bowl part inclined downward toward a drain is disposed around the drain at the center, and a faucet ring is attached to the upper peripheral edge of the bowl part. A water jetting tube for jetting water in the direction of tangent of the bowl part is opened inside the faucet ring, and a turbulence dam is disposed outside the drain in the bowl part.
