<p>A quick brake apparatus includes a bracket, a motor and a bearing base fixed on the bracket, and a shaft which has rotating parts and couples with the bearing base, as well as a transmission mechanism with smaller, greater pulley. Bearing and driving parts with eccentric grooves are disposed between the shaft and greater pulley. The driving part with eccentric grooves connects with the greater pulley movably, and connects with the shaft through profile. A brake ring is disposed at the circumference of the greater pulley. There is clearance between the brake ring and the greater pulley. The brake ring is secured to the bracket through stanchions.2-4 brake levers are disposed between the driving parts with eccentric grooves and the greater pulley. The eccentric grooves on driving parts correspond to the brake levers. One end of the brake lever is inserted into the groove of driving part with eccentric grooves through corresponding notch on the hub of the greater pulley and active link each other. The other end connected with brake block is inserted into the corresponding brake lever holes on the circumference of the greater pulley. There is a spring on the brake lever. The rotation of the smaller pulley on the shaft of the motor drives the greater belt pulley to rotate.</p> |
