<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of collection processing of traffic information necessary for CSPF (Constrained Shortest Path First) calculation. <P>SOLUTION: In a multi-layer network, in which the router of a packet network NW3 and the switch of a circuit-exchange network NW2 cooperate and communicate data, a traffic information processing device 1 creates a traffic matrix composed from traffic quantities which flow between arbitrary routers. That is, the traffic information processing device 1 executes a procedure for setting a notification opportunity and a notification contents of a traffic amount which flows between routers in a router, a procedure to receive the traffic amount from the router following to the notification opportunity and the notification contents, and a procedure for presuming the traffic amount which flows between routers other than the notified traffic amount, creates the traffic matrix, and stores it to a storage means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
