PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a lacquered product, which enables fine expression of carved irregularities to be inexpensively and efficiently applied to a lacquered product such as a carved ornament, incapable of being conventionally and hardly subjected to curving expression. SOLUTION: After being formed from an original mold by using a water-repellent elastic material such as a silicon rubber, a female mold 11 is coated with a high-viscosity surface lacquer material 13 serving as a surface layer of the lacquered product, and the surface lacquer material 13 is coated with a substrate lacquer material 14 after that. The substrate lacquer material 14 can also be covered with the core material.
