PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide printed matter, with a lenticular lens of a three-dimensional image or a shape-changeable image, which can be manufactured only through a printing process without the use of an existing lenticular lens plate, and a method for manufacturing the printed matter. SOLUTION: The printed matter 1p with a lenticular lens has a three-dimensional image 2 or a shape-changeable image 3 using the lenticular lens on a part of the surface of the printed matter 1p. The lenticular lens is formed on a pattern for the three-dimensional image or a pattern for the shape-changeable image by printing in a silk screen printing ink. The pattern for the three-dimensional image or the pattern for the shape-changeable image is printed by offset printing, and the lenticular lens formed on the printing surface is a lens composed of a cured product of a transparent ultraviolet-curable silk screen printing ink printed in such a way that the pattern pitch and the lenticular lens pitch coincide with each other by registering their positions.
