<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting tool for a tube and a cable capable of supporting tubes or cables in a supporting part immediately after fixing a fixing part on a structural face temporarily and fixing the fixing part on the structural face firmly. <P>SOLUTION: This supporting tool 10 is provided with the fixing part 20 fixed on a ceiling face M and the supporting part 30 for supporting the tube D. The supporting tool 10 has a bonding face 23 on which adhesive P is applied to fix the fixing part 20 on the ceiling face M through adhesive P and a temporarily fixing face 22 on which an adhesive tape 26 is bonded to fix the fixing part 20 on the ceiling face M temporarily through the adhesive tape 26 on an upper face 21 of the fixing part 20.
