<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image transmitting method displaying a high definition image with high security with no erroneous arrangement caused by transmitting a plurality of images. <P>SOLUTION: This image transmitting method uses an image transmitting device having a dividing means 11 for one image to be inputted into a plurality parts in each line image data, a rearranging circuit 100 for rearranging a plurality of pieces of line image data divided by the dividing means 11 so as to make the ends of the line image data to be flush, an auxiliary data attaching circuit 101 for attaching an address to the ends of the plurality of pieces of line image data, a scramble processing circuit 104 for scrambling the plurality of pieces of line image data with the address attached and a transmitting means 13 for transmitting the plurality of pieces of scrambled line image data.
