PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer for reinforcement capable of distinguishing two or more concrete coverings of different thickness and reducing the possibility of misuse. SOLUTION: The spacer is composed of a rectangular concrete block B of a uniform thickness t. The spacer has a thorough hole 3 for receiving a bundling wire 4 at a place of a given distance away from the bottom of a recess channel surface 1 for locking the reinforcement at the projected surface 2 of each corner and also has a recessed figure G indicating a simplified dimension of the concrete covering thickness D1, D2, D3, D4 of the reinforcements A on the corresponding position of the respective recess channel surface 1 for reinforcement locking on the flat surface 5 of the concrete block B, so as to form and shape the concrete block B.
