PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expander which can compensate an oil temperature without installation of an accumulator. SOLUTION: The expander S is comprised of a hollow member 10, two pistons 11 and 12 which are movably inserted into the hollow member 10, one chamber 13 which is partitioned by one piston 11 in the hollow member 10, other chamber 14 which is partitioned by one piston 12 in the hollow member 10, an intermediate chamber 15 which is partitioned by both pistons 11 and 12 in the hollow member 10, a path 16 which makes communication between each chambers, and two piston rods 17 and 18 which are inserted into the hollow member 10 to be connected with the pistons 11 and 12, respectively.
