FIELD: transport machine engineering, namely automobile manufacture. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing base members of central part of jig having aligned units (with jig plates and working blocks) onto guide rails; mounting struts with cross beam on central part of jig; placing in end portions of cross beam units of housings of lateral winches whose working blocks are aligned by their size with working blocks of jig central part; detachably joining lamellae of adapters to jig plates; approaching on guides till stop housings of lateral winches oriented in space and having released end faces for forming gap relative to assembled central part of jig; applying on lateral sides of lateral winches members of adapters and pressing them by their ends to lamellae; after mutually superimposing, withdrawing housings of lateral winches carrying adapters and jig units secured to them; taking off struts with cross beam from central part of jig. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency due to significantly shortening period of assembling procedure. ^ 2 cl, 4 dwg |
