<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar lighting device with color changes of irradiating light of a light source side and a side opposite to the light source, as conventional light guide plate materials are used. <P>SOLUTION: The planar lighting device is so structured that area densities of dots 15a, 15b as silver regions filmed on a white-color film 14 of a reflecting plate 13 are gradually decreased from an end 13c arranged at a light-incident side of the light guide plate toward the other end 13d arranged at the final end face side as side end face opposing the light-incident face, so that a reflectance of a blue-color light (near wavelengths of 430 nm) is increased from one end 13c toward the other end 13d. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
