PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner with stable dust collecting performance by automatically removing dust which clogs a filter. SOLUTION: The cleaner is constituted by arranging an elastic body 25 whose lower part is freely turnably held, in a nearly vertical direction with respect to the negative pressure side surface of a main filter 21, flipping the lower part of the elastic body 25 with the use of a pin 36 which projects in the normal direction of a shaft 35 connected to a motor 34, and adding an impact vibration in a positive pressure side direction from the negative pressure side of the main filter 21.
