<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a surface mounting component which is miniaturized and can be fixed readily, and to provide its fixing method. <P>SOLUTION: The fixing structure of the surface mounting component has body parts 1a, 2a, a first and second surface mounting components 1, 2 which have a plurality of electrodes 1b, 2b provided on a lower surface of the body parts 1a, 2a and a circuit substrate 3 which has a plurality of land parts 4, 5 with the electrodes 1b, 2b soldered. The first and second surface mounting components 1, 2 are constituted so that the electrodes 1b, 2b of the first and second surface mounting components 1, 2 are soldered to the land parts 4, 5 with adjacent sides of each of the body parts 1a, 2a in contact with each other. Therefore, integration degree of the first and second surface mounting components 1, 2 can be improved and the area of the circuit substrate 3 can be reduced, thus realizing miniaturization. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
