FIELD: transport engineering; wipers. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed wiper blade has rubber band enclosed in protective case provided with collars 26, 28 on longitudinal walls 22, 24 getting into longitudinal slots 50, 52 provided for the purpose in rubber band 12 and fixed on rubber band 12 from axial displacement by pointed inwards projections in zone of its end faces. Each projection protrudes from one of side longitudinal walls 22, 24 of protective case. First projection arranged in zone of outer end face of protective case extends practically to opposite side longitudinal wall 22, 24 protective case being tightly fitted to wall, and second projection located in zone of inner end face of protective case forms clearance with opposite side longitudinal wall 22, 24 to provide fitting of case on rubber band 12 and its removal from rubber band in longitudinal direction. ^ EFFECT: improved convenience in operation owing to facilitated removal and installation of protective case of windshield wiper blade with possibility of reuse. ^ 8 cl, 7 dwg |
