PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window glass opening/closing mechanism capable of operating a window glass from the fully opened posture to the closed posture while an operator is seated in a driver's seat even when the fully opened angle of the window glass with respect to a cabin is set to be large, and setting the window glass in a semi-opened posture with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A window glass 25 is pivotably supported by a window frame 24 of a cabin 6 outwardly in an opening/closing manner, and an auxiliary handle 33 arranged on an inner surface of the window glass 25 is arranged at the position of within arm's reach of an operator seated in a driver's seat 8a even when a holding part 38a at the tip holds the window glass 25 in a fully open posture. A base part 37a thereof is pivotably supported between the posture in which the holding part 38a is arranged along the window glass 25 and the posture in which the holding part 38a is protruded toward the driver's seat 8a.
