<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated information communications system that ensures communication security and reliability, without hardly revising a private address system by ensuring a communication speed, communication quality, communication fault countermeasures or the like, in a unified way without using a lease line or the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: The integrated information communication system includes an access controller that individually connects with external computer communication networks or information communication devices and with a repeater networking the access controller.
