PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oriented molecule mass spectrograph capable of estimating not only a mass but also spatial structure of a molecule. SOLUTION: The molecule is oriented to allow discrimination for its head and its tail so as to be ionized or decomposed, using decomposition of the molecule observed generally in the ionization of a usual substance, and fragmentation caused by thereby, alternatively, only the molecule oriented to allow discrimination for the head and the tail is selected to be ionized or decomposed, and then not only the mass but also the structure of the molecule are estimated based on a momentum distribution and an emission angle distribution of decomposed products.
