PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve materializing low penetration spray. SOLUTION: The injection valve 100A is provided with a valve seat 3 provided in a fuel flow passage, a valve element 2 capable of switching to a seating condition where the same is seated on the valve seat 3 and a separate condition where the same separates from the valve seat 3 by reciprocating motion, a fuel reservoir part 6 into which fuel flows from a gap between the valve element 2 and the valve seat 3 under the separate condition, a recess part 8 provided on a downstream side end surface of the fuel reservoir part 6, and a injection hole 9 communicating to an inside of the recess part 8 and injecting fuel inside of the fuel reservoir part 6 to an outside. First angles which the recess part 8 and the injection hole 9 form on XZ cross section is larger than second angles which the recess part 8 and the injection hole 9 form on YZ cross section in a connection part of the recess part 8 and the injection hole 9.
