The invention relates to hydrometallurgy and can be used for electrolytically extracting precious, rare and non-ferrous metals from the diluted solutions of the salts thereof. The inventive electronic unit is divided into cathode and anode parts, wherein said anode part is embodied in the form of a non-conducting chamber provided with perforated walls, a lower solution-supplying hole, gas-removing pipes and a top slit in which an anode plate is introducible on guides. The cathode part comprises two perforated current leads which are fixed to the chamber walls and to whose two sides a multilayer cathode made of an activated carbon fibrous material is applied and pressed by non-conducting grids. A polymer network is arranged under said grids. The entire structure is tightened by bolting.
