EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to human resources required by a job offerer side (company) by giving a precise guidance to young unemployed persons including a person who has left a job because it is difficult for him/her to change the time from student to working people and further upgrading their skills according to individual competence.

SOLUTION: Information is posted on an information providing Web, and information is collected by form input and made into a database. Diagnosis is given from contents made to a suitable employment diagnostic database, and counseling diagnostic contents and hearing are performed also by e-mail. A training shared computer system is adapted to practice training contents, and job placement service is performed.
