PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner with which an image of high image quality having significantly uniform image gloss and image height, high image density and no toner scattering can be formed, and to provide a method for manufacturing the toner, and a two-component developer containing the toner. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner 1 comprises colorant fine particles 3 which contain a core material 4 comprising pigment particles 7 dispersed in a core material resin 6 and a coating layer 5 formed on the surface of the core material 4, the colorant fine particles dispersed in a binder resin 2.
